Last night Paul and I went to the Boston Bruins season opener. Much to my surprise...hockey is really fun to watch! Now I doubt that I will be tuning in on ESPN to catch a game every weekend - but when you are there, the fans are super excited, the game is really fast paced, and the Bruins are really good! (they beat the Washington Capitals 4-1) ..all makes for a very fun game. Paul was able to get a group of seats together in a really cool level. It is basically a ring of seats in the top part of the stadium. Since a hockey game is all over the court (is that the right term?) - it was really easy to watch the game being so high up.
Somehow I managed to get this group picture. I thought I was going to get a lot of push-back from the guys - especially since they know about BostonBelle and they assumed every picture I took last night would be uploaded this morning - they were right! From left to right: Pat and Allison (Pat is Paul's new roommate), Jenny and Rob, me and Paul, Ryan Lia and Maura (Ryan is Paul's friend from work and Ryan and Maura are getting married in July), Ryan Moore and John Agostino (both friends of Paul's from work).
I must tell you that Paul has been getting verbally murdered by his friends in regards to BostonBelle. The fact that his girlfriend is documenting everything he does and writing about it for all to see, gives his friends a lot of good material to roast him with. Last night it was my personal assignment (via Paul) to get everyone in this post. Sooooo.... I was quite annoying in the 3rd period with my camera...

Overall it was such a fun night! Paul has GREAT friends in the city and it has been a huge part it making my move to Boston that much better.
This weekend we are headed to Ryan Moore's house to watch the Auburn/LSU game (War Eagle!) and I am going to attempt to cook a soup and make homemade caramel apples. Sunday we are headed back to Paul's parents to carve pumpkins! So glad it is Friday and the weekend is almost here.
