We typically cook with the same 8-10 ingredients every week. Meat (chicken or beef), greens, colorful veggies, and sweet potatoes or cauliflower.
Last week I cooked Paul a well rounded, steak dinner in under 30 minutes. Eating such rich hearty foods helps keep us full without all the added junk of grains and dairy.
