This past Sunday Paul and I attended the Park Street Church service. The Church is located right by the Boston Common and is fairly close to the North End so we were able to walk there fairly easily. One of my favorite things about Boston is that I can literally walk from one end of the city to the other - I wouldn't advise that in Atlanta (although when it is raining and cold it isn't so much fun - and I haven't even gotten to winter yet).
Park Street Church has four services on Sunday - we went to the contemporary service at 4pm (after the Patriot's game). The service had the structure of a traditional Catholic Mass but also had a more relaxed "come as you are" feeling. I really enjoy getting exposure to all different types of churches - which is new for me. My plan is to try a new church each week all over the city and with Boston's historic factor, I'm excited to see all the different architectural designs as well!
