On Sunday, Paul, Rob, Jenny and I went to Sandy and Ross's to carve pumpkins, watch the Patriots game and have dinner. I find it very relaxing to go over there and it is nice to have a place to go out of the city that has a very homey feeling. Spending an afternoon there definitely helps when I am missing my own home back in Georgia.
You may notice that I have two pumpkins in front of me...this is because Paul didn't want to touch the "insides". Spiders and pumpkin insides - not Paul's thing. Everything else - he's there to help!
Paul and I were going to do Auburn or Holy Cross themed pumpkins but we saw pictures of everyone else doing AU back home so he went with scary and I went with a turkey! (sorry Dan)
Jenny and I free-handed our carvings - I honestly think it's easier than tracing
Rob and Jenny's pumpkin was a "team effort" :) (Rob was very invested in the Pats game)

Sandy and Ross cooked Chicken Parmesan and Sandy also baked a homemade chocolate cake.
Oh! and the kids in the neighborhood trick 'o treated that night as well! They run in a pack through the neighborhood and all come in at once - it is quite a scene!!
