Spring has Sprung - on the mantel

even though I did have a mini-meltdown this weekend.  I actually got some things done. like painting!  

since getting chalk paint, I have been painting everything in sight - including things I find in the pantry!

perfect size and shape for...you guessed it...another vase.  

The mantel needed some lightening up and spring tulips and hyacinths were just the flowers to do it.  

i love the fresh feel of it!

I think this is how it's going to stay...for the next month at least ;)
